The sheer number of promotional mobile marketing campaigns is mind blowing and the number grows on a daily basis. However, there is a disconnect between these promotional efforts and what should be the ultimate goal, driving sales for the clients business. In the not-too-distant future, it will be difficult to believe that we once spent millions of dollars on marketing campaigns that were one-sided affairs with no way for the prospect to respond to the message we spent so much trying to communicate.
